About Us
Why we exist.
No filler. No guesswork. No compromises.
We make one supplement. It covers what your training asks of you, every day.
The Problem
Your shelf tells the story.
Creatine in one tub. A multivitamin next to it. Magnesium for the evenings, D3 for the winter, ashwagandha you forget half the time.
Six bottles. Six labels. Six things to remember before you even train.
Defying the law of mathematics. One Formula. Sorted.
Where It Came From
Built in UK gyms.
We are lifters with more than fifteen years of training between us. We have used the big brands and the independents, read the labels, and worked out over time which forms and doses hold up.
Everything here came from real training and real problems. The 5am alarm. The plateau. The third coffee by 2pm. The six bottles on the shelf.
We built the product we wanted to buy, then made it for everyone else who trains the same way. No guru, no founder face, no hype. A group of people who care about doing this properly.
Keep it STR8.
The Product
Essentials.

- 180 Capsules

The Formula
Ten ingredients.
Every one
earning its place.
Ten actives, in the forms with the strongest research behind them. Creatine monohydrate. KSM-66 ashwagandha. D3 paired with K2 the way it should be.
Chosen because we use them and they earn their place. Nothing sits on the label to pad it out.
Every dose printed on the label. Six capsules a day.

Beyond The Bottle
Every purchase makes a difference.
We give a portion of profits to the Nourish Fund, a registered charity working in Malawi. Registered Charity No. 1211924.
The fund partners with local groups on food distribution and agricultural projects, so families grow their own food rather than wait on the next delivery.
