Section One
The formula.
Ten ingredients, every dose printed on the label. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis. Zinc and vitamin D3 contribute to normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Creatine monohydrate at 3g daily increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. No proprietary blends. No hidden amounts.
Ten actives, fully disclosed, in label order. Creatine monohydrate 3,000mg. KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract 300mg. Korean ginseng extract 250mg. Magnesium as citrate 114mg. Zinc as citrate 10mg. Here's the maths.
One capsule holds roughly 750 mg of our formula.
So:
2 capsules ~ 1,500 mg
3 capsules ~ 2,250 mg
6 capsules ~ 4,500 mg capacity
Our daily formula contains around 4,300 mg of active powder.
And 3,000 mg of that is creatine alone.
That leaves roughly 1,300 mg for nine other active ingredients.
That's the point.
If we wanted to fit everything into two capsules, something would have to give:
Less creatine. Less Ashwagandha. Less ginseng. Fewer ingredients. Or lower doses across the board.
We didn't want to make that compromise.

Yes. Every ingredient is vegan, including an HPMC capsule shell rather than gelatin, and vitamin D3 sourced from lichen rather than lanolin. Worth saying plainly: STR8 Nutrition is not a vegan brand. Essentials happens to be vegan because the best available forms of these ten ingredients are.
Yes. Essentials is manufactured in the UK in a GMP compliant factory. Every batch carries a certificate of analysis and a fixed batch number for full traceability.

Taking Essentials.
Three capsules twice daily with water. Splitting the serving across morning and evening, with food, keeps intake steady across the day and makes the habit easier to hold.
The daily serving is six, and the doses on the label are built around it. Creatine holds its authorised claim at 3g daily, and six capsules is what delivers it. Take fewer and the label tells you exactly what you are getting, since every dose is printed per serving. We designed the formula around the full six.
If you would rather start on a lower amount, or build up to six over a week or two so it settles into your routine more easily, you will have no problem doing either. Nothing about the formula depends on you arriving at six on day one. Our formula page has a per capsule toggle, so you can switch the doses from per serving to per capsule and see exactly how much of each active you are getting at whatever number you take.
No. Essentials carries 3g of creatine monohydrate in every daily serving, taken every day. A loading protocol front-loads a larger amount across the first week. We dose at 3g daily, the amount the GB health claim register attaches the physical performance claim to.
Yes. Creatine monohydrate is among the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition and the evidence base covers women as well as men. The dose is the same either way. Essentials carries 3g, the amount the GB register authorises the physical performance claim at. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
Anyone 18 or over, men and women alike. If you train, work long hours, or want one daily foundation instead of ten separate bottles on the counter, this formula was built for you.
In most cases, yes. If you already take a separate creatine product, check your combined daily total, since 3g to 5g is the range most research works within. Korean ginseng is not a stimulant, so it will not stack with caffeine the way another pre-workout would. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before combining products if you take other supplements or any medication.

Delivery.
Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation. Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.99 and arrives within two to three working days of dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.99 and arrives within one to two working days. Every order carries a tracking number, emailed when your parcel is handed to Royal Mail.

Section Four
Membership and returns.
Members receive Essentials every 30 days at £24.99 with free Tracked 48 delivery, against £39.99 for a one-time order. Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account. No minimum term, no lock-in. Your Shopify account and payment records refer to it as a subscription. Same thing.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Email support@str8nutrition.co.uk with your name and order number. Every return has to be approved by us before it is sent, and anything that arrives without approval will not be processed.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, and shipping fees are not refundable.
Return postage is yours, and returns must travel tracked so they can be traced. Put a return slip in the parcel with your order number and the reason. Full detail sits on our Returns and Refunds page.
