We ship all orders from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Every order includes a tracking number so you always know where your delivery is.
One-time orders
Two shipping options are available at checkout.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.99 and delivers within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.99 and delivers within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch.
Members
Your first shipment ships at a reduced rate. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £2.99.
Every recurring shipment after that ships via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no charge. Free delivery, every month, for as long as you are a member.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been handed to Royal Mail. Use it to follow your delivery at royalmail.com.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, or any other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at admin@str8nutrition.co.uk.
Where we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or within any period we have specifically agreed with you, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Undelivered or lost orders
If Royal Mail marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at admin@str8nutrition.co.uk as soon as you can. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Royal Mail requires a minimum investigation period before a resolution can be confirmed, but we will keep you updated throughout. Until your order is delivered, it remains our responsibility, not yours.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We dispatch to the address provided at checkout and cannot intercept a parcel once it has been collected by Royal Mail.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@str8nutrition.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change once dispatch has occurred.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be introduced in due course. If you are outside the UK and interested in ordering, contact us at admin@str8nutrition.co.uk and we will let you know when it becomes available.
